On September 29, 2026, the San Antonio Philharmonic filed a lawsuit in federal court against Jeffrey Kahane and Harmonium of Texas. The complaint is a public record, and you can read it here.
We took this step to protect what generations of San Antonians have built, an orchestra that has belonged to this city since 1939.
Out of respect for the legal process, we will not comment further on the case. Our focus stays on the music and on the people we serve.
